Jelly Print Postcards-2
Jelly Print Postcards
Postcards are like miniature artworks, in this way, similar to postage stamps.
Join us to create unique, meaningful and authentic connections. Create your very own handmade and/or embellished postcards through experimentation and exploration of our Jelly Print process.
Hundertwasser collected postage stamps as a child, and they were for him a window onto the world and a signpost towards painting. His enthusiasm for stamps remained with him his whole life. He put great importance to the fact when he had to send a letter or a card, he would always use particularly beautiful stamps. Hundertwasser also designed postage stamps at the invitation of many postal administrations around the world. Hundertwasser said of stamps that,
‘The tiny square connects the hearts of the sender and the receiver, reducing the distances. It is a bridge between people and countries. The postage stamp passes all frontiers. It reaches men in prisons, asylums and hospitals. ..’
What better time, than when on holiday, to create and send a postcard to that someone special?
Take time to create a little piece of beauty to share, a gift, to send to someone else, a simple way to say, ‘Hi, I’m thinking of you’.
