It's official!
Hundertwasser Art Centre with Wairau Māori Art Gallery welcomed its first visitors on the bright, sunny morning of Sunday 20th February, 2022.
Almost 30 years ago, Hundertwasser conceived a design for an art gallery in Whangārei. Since then, so many wonderful people have contributed to the realisation of this dream. Thank you to the many donors, workers and volunteers who persevered to bring us to where we are today.
